At HAPERT, we settle for nothing less than the best quality. Which is why HAPERT trailers are delivered with a manufacturer's guarantee of 1 year as standard starting from the first delivery/registration date. IN fact, we're even offering you the option to extend the guarantee to two years free of charge starting from the first delivery/registration date simply by entering into a guarantee agreement with us.

The guarantee conditions determine that the warranty on a HAPERT trailer ends if the trailer is sold or transferred to a third party during the guarantee period, unless you notify us within 5 working days after the sale/transfer by completing this form and, by doing so, accept the guarantee conditions.

If the previous owner has extended the guarantee period of the HAPERT trailer to two years, or if you wish to do so yourself and the trailer is less than one year old, you need to enter into a guarantee agreement with us by agreeing below to the Guarantee Provisions that apply. Should you choose not to but still submit this transfer form, the guarantee will expire one year after the original delivery/registration (or it has already expired) as determined in the guarantee conditions.

I have read the Guarantee Certificate and the Guarantee Provisions that are applicable to the guarantee agreement which I am hereby entering into with HAPERT and, in doing so, declare that I agree to the terms. I hereby also declare that the above-mentioned trailer was new upon delivery, that it meets the order specifications and has no damage, defects or faults. The operation of above-mentioned trailer was explained adequately upon delivery and a copy of the User Manual was handed over. (If you are unable to agree, or if you have any questions or complaints, please contact us directly. By sending this form, a consequence may be that HAPERT (a trade name of Wagenbouw Hapert B.V.) will process (your) personal data. The processing of personal data is subject to the Privacy Statement of HAPERT.
