Transfer form

At HAPERT, we are only satisfied with the very best quality. Therefore, HAPERT trailers are delivered with a standard 1-year factory warranty from the first delivery/registration date. We even offer the option of extending the factory warranty to 2 years and the chassis warranty to 10 years free of charge, from the first delivery/registration date if you enter into a warranty agreement with us.

The warranty conditions state that the warranty on a HAPERT trailer ends if it is sold or transferred to a third party during the warranty period, unless you notify us within 5 working days of the sale/transfer by means of this form and thereby accept the warranty conditions.

If the previous owner had extended the factory warranty of the HAPERT trailer to two years and the warranty on the chassis to 10 years, or if you still want to do so and the trailer is less than one year old, you must enter into a warranty agreement with us by accepting the Warranty Provisions applicable to it below. If you do not, but do submit this transfer form, the warranty ends one year after the first delivery/registration (or it has ended) as stipulated in the warranty terms and conditions.
