At HAPERT, we are only satisfied with the very best quality. That’s why all our trailers come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty as standard. We even offer you the option of extending the warranty from January 1, 2020. All you have to do is conclude a warranty agreement with us. You can easily register using the form below. With the extended warranty, you can be on the road every day with your HAPERT trailer without any worries.
After registration of the trailer: 10-year warranty on the chassis
To take advantage of the 10-year chassis warranty, you must first register online that your HAPERT trailer is in new condition and free from defects, that the operation has been explained in detail and that you have received the relevant operating instructions. You must also accept the terms of the warranty agreement. To extend the warranty, HAPERT also needs some information from you. When registering your trailer, we ask you to provide the HAPERT dealer from whom you purchased and the chassis number of your trailer in addition to your business or personal details.
Make sure that all details are correct before submitting the form to register your trailer. This ensures that your warranty claim is processed as efficiently as possible.
Registration should take place within 5 working days of delivery/registration of the trailer.
Hapert Guarantee Certificate
After you have entered all the required information and submitted the registration form, we will send you an activation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. Follow the steps in the e-mail to complete the registration. After completion, you will receive a 10-year chassis warranty certificate from us. Please note that the warranty will only be successfully extended if you receive the certificate from us.
Warranty conditions
Once you have received the warranty certificate from us, your trailer is eligible for the 10-year chassis warranty. It is important that you have maintenance carried out by your HAPERT dealer every year. Only then will the warranty remain valid. Benefit from a 10-year chassis warranty
By completing the Hapert Trailers registration form, you can take advantage of an extended 10-year warranty for the chassis. This provides additional security and protection for your investment. The form asks for personal data and purchase data, such as dealer information and chassis number. After registration, you will receive an activation email to complete the process and receive your warranty certificate. For the warranty to be valid, annual maintenance at a Hapert dealer is required.
