Can I tow this tandem-axle trailer?
With a category B driving licence, you may tow a trailer up to a weight of 750 kg. This is the weight of the trailer plus its load. With a category B driving licence, you may also tow a trailer heavier than 750 kg, as long as the total weight of the car and trailer does not exceed 3,500 kg. Our tandem-axle trailers have a minimum gross vehicle weight of 750 kg and can be configured up to 3,500 kg. This means that in some cases you can tow a multi-purpose trailer with a category B driving licence, but for heavier loads you will often need a B96 or BE driving licence.
