Depending on your needs and the type of refrigerated transport, you can easily build your ideal refrigerated trailer. At HAPERT, you use the configurator to select your desired dimensions, gross payload and any extras. You can choose from single axle refrigerated trailers and tandem axle refrigerated trailers for our refrigerated trailers:
- Single axle refrigerated trailer
The single-axle refrigerated trailer has a gross payload of up to 1800 kg and is available in various dimensions, up to a maximum of 300 x 150 x 210 cm (LxWxH). The Sapphire L-1 is a fantastic trailer for refrigerated transport. Standard features include front handles, fully welded and fully hot-dip galvanized chassis and low-noise cooling unit.
- Tandem axle refrigerated trailer
A tandem trailer has a tandem axle and therefore a payload of up to 3500 kg. The maximum dimensions are 400 x 180 x 210 cm (LxWxH). The Sapphire L-2 is similar to the L-1, but features a tandem axle. Want to buy an extra deluxe refrigerated trailer? Then expand with aluminum bumpers, a cast floor or one of many other options.

The solid enclosed body is mounted on a completely self-supporting undercarriage, making it usable for various activities and types of refrigerated transport.
The Sapphire refrigerated trailer comes standard with 40 mm thick insulation panels (made up of 2 polyester top layers) on the inside and outside of the trailer, 2x a wood insert and a core of insulation material.
The refrigerated trailer is equipped with stainless steel hardware. A powerful cooling unit with a cooling capacity of 1600W is placed at the front with a robust enclosure. Standard equipment also includes an extension cord with plug, interior lighting and lockable control panel.
This makes the Sapphire L refrigerated trailers by far the best of their kind and indispensable for any kind of refrigerated transport!
